OILS INCLUDED: Organic Bergamot, Organic Sweet Orange, and Organic Ylang Ylang.

BOTANICAL NAMES: Citrus bergamia, Citrus sinensis, and Cananga odorata.

AROMA: strong, floral, sweet, citrusy

COLOR & CONSISTENCY: thin, yellow

ENERGETIC USES: happiness, love, peace.

AROMATIC & THERAPEUTIC RESEARCH REPORTED: anxiety, aggression, balancing, calming, cheering, concentration, confidence, creativity, depression, encouraging, euphoric, frustration, grief, inspiring, invigorating, lowers blood pressure, memory loss, nervous tension, normalizing, refreshing, relaxing, sedative, stimulating, stress, uplifting to the mind and spirit.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Place 5-10 drops in your diffuser 3x a day for 30 minute intervals. Energize & Uplift Blend can also be used by simply opening the bottle and inhaling the oil.
