Shipping & Return Information
Information for All Buyers:
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cashier's check, and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We ship worldwide (international buyers read below). We ship USPS First Class whenever possible to keep shipping rates low. Packages weighing over 16 ounces require priority shipping which is included in the cost of the items. We ship within 3 days of receiving cleared payment, not including Holidays or weekends.
RETURNS: We do not take returns for unsealed organic products as per our compliance with the QAI Organic Certification Program. We cannot resell them once they are opened. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item if there is something wrong with the quality; if you receive a broken or mishandled item, for example. We may ask for a picture of the item to verify the problem. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all other returns, unless the problem is on our end, then your item will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for books, bulk items, or custom/synergistic blends.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION: International Buyers Please Note - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying our products. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout for International customers.
